Registration

Please note that:

• registration is mandatory for authors/speakers according to the standard rules;
• registration is not handled by PaperCept, but through the PagoPA system: accepted uploaded contributions of unregistered people will be automatically deleted from the scientific program and relevant proceedings; a check will be done on September 16;
• the pagoPA system will provide you with a notification of successful payment;
• if your fees are paid by your institution and you need a formal invoice, or in case you need any further administrative assistance, please contact within September 2, before going through the payment system;
• regular/student/retiree registration fees include sessions access, conference documents and proceedings, welcome aperitif, coffee breaks, lunches during the conference, social banquet and other social events;
• accompanying persons registration fees include welcome aperitif and social banquet and other social events;
• registrants who cannot attend will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 50 € (please contact ).
